You bet! There is a Scheduled Lock feature that allow the stove to be disabled during specific hours of the day and certain days of the week. This means that you can lock out the stove from say 9pm at night until 7am the next morning to prevent sleepy, late night snackers from turning on the stove, forgetting they did so, and then falling back asleep putting their home and safety in jeopardy.
