iGuard not showing on app while trying to connect

If you are trying to add your iGuard to your app and it is not showing you can try these tricks:

• Turn off the app and then turn off your phone and then start them back up again.
• When you press the reset button using a toothpick, hold it for about 6 seconds until you hear the beep. The reset is the recessed button.
• You might also want to restart your router.
• And confirm that your Bluetooth is turned on.
