Begin cooking with the electric iGuard.

To start cooking simply turn the stove knob to on and the iGuard automatically wakes up from standby mode and switches into the Auto Protect mode.
The display will show the Auto Protect ON badge on the left and the Extended Cooking Timer button which will be greyed out.  The red heat wave icon on the Stove button is the key icon that tells you the stove has powered up.  The Extended Cooking Timer button is greyed out to suggest that it is an option but is currently not in use.
