Can I use the iGuard if I do not have Internet?

Yes you can.
The iGuard will still offer you the Auto Shut-off feature to predict and prevent kitchen fires as well as a Extended Cooking timer to do longer cooking events like a turkey or to simmer a stew.   You will not be able to receive different alerts to your phone that someone forgot the stove and the iGuard had to shut it off, nor will you get any of the logging of the stove or motion events.  These are premium features that do require the internet to function.
